Includes an individualized coaching plan to work toward your personal goals in weekly sessions by strengthening areas of executive functioning, adapting the environment, and addressing other barriers.
Weekly sessions focused on a common goal (e.g., social/communication skills, time management) with strategies to try, opportunities for practice, and resources for further learning and skill development.
Focused on a specific topic, such as executive functioning skills, communication skills, ADHD, or forming habits. Trainings and workshops are interactive and are tailored to people with ADHD and/or those who work with this population (healthcare providers, school personnel).
