Executive function (EF) coaching follows the same overall structure and process as ADHD coaching, so there is a lot of overlap, and it can look the same for a client with ADHD.
The key difference is that EF coaching can be provided to anyone with executive dysfunction, not just those with ADHD (e.g., autistic individuals, people who have had concussions or traumatic brain injury (TBI). It may also involve an emphasis on skill development, while an ADHD coach may offer programs that emphasize mindset, accountability, or health and wellness.
Sessions will typically be once per week for 50 minutes, but adjustments can be made as needed with advanced notice.

Please keep in mind that the session would still focus on you and your goals unless we specifically discuss a plan for something else during a coaching session (e.g. educating someone on your needs, practicing self-advocacy, or addressing a conflict that stems from neurodivergence).
