Think Link Thrive empowers those with executive dysfunction to reach their potential without overextending themselves by developing a thorough yet sustainable process to overcome obstacles.

I am a speech-language pathologist and executive function coach. I have overcome many struggles with ADHD throughout my life and have found ways to work with my brain rather than against it. Because of my ADHD, I was always really slow with getting things done. Spending hours on homework that took others minutes was frustrating and exhausting. By the time I was in grad school, I finally learned how to prioritize and plan out tasks to put in effort where it was needed and let go of perfectionism in other ways. When seemingly simple tasks require extra effort, it's essential to pay attention to your energy levels and find ways to rest and make things easier or minimize decision-making as much as possible.
I love that I am now helping others learn to manage overwhelm and conserve their energy to feel proud of themselves and more balanced. I have worked with many clients and students of all ages with executive functioning difficulties from ADHD and autism. I have also provided interactive training/workshops to adults with ADHD and school staff on strengthening executive functioning skills.

I'm based in Phoenix, Arizona, but I love being able to work with people across the country! When I'm not busy being a speech therapist or working on my coaching business, I like to bake, hike, play guitar, and learn languages!
I use a neurodiversity-affirming approach. This means that coaching is client-led. We will focus on skills that you wish to strengthen, adaptations to make life easier, and self-advocacy skills to help you communicate your needs to others so you can reach your potential without overextending yourself.
The Think Link Thrive philosophy is that the first step toward progress is to approach everything with curiosity: learn how your unique brain works and how to shift the way you think, then learn how to develop executive functioning skills and gradually link one skill onto another, and last, make a plan for how to stay motivated and persist toward your goals so you can thrive.
