Do you feel overwhelmed and frustrated with trying to keep up with life? Like you have this potential that you can't seem to reach? Do you feel like you need help, but you're not sure where or how to start?
These are the common thoughts that my clients express to me within the first few minutes of talking about their experiences with executive dysfunction. At Think Link Thrive, coaching is individualized to meet you where you are in your journey to find clarity and reach your potential.
Hi, I'm Kacey Richards, MS, CCC-SLP
Executive Function Coach & Speech-Language Pathologist
I have overcome many struggles with ADHD throughout my life and have found ways to work with my brain rather than against it. My ADHD made it so I would feel constantly exhausted and overwhelmed like I could never catch up. I finally learned how to let go of perfectionism, find clarity, and work with my energy levels. I am now helping others learn to manage overwhelm and conserve their energy to feel proud of themselves and more balanced.
My approach involves:
🧠 addressing the root cause of whatever is holding you back from your goals
💪🏼 strengthening those executive functioning skills
🗃️ developing systems and processes to increase consistency and efficiency and reduce overwhelm
🔍 gaining clarity on your priorities in life
🏘️ making adaptations to your life and environment
🧍 helping you feel confident and independent and achieve success in your daily life
